About this group

We are investors, the same as you. We put our savings into products sold under the AIX name, and at some point the payments we were due stopped arriving. We spent months exchanging polite emails, being told to wait, and getting no dates and no money.

Along the way we noticed something. On public review sites, more and more investors were describing exactly the same experience, and several were openly asking the same question: is there a group where we can talk to each other? There was no way for them to connect. Those sites have no private messaging, and everyone was on their own.

So we built this. AIX Investors United is a private, verified space where affected investors can compare notes, share what they have learned about the official complaint channels, and simply not feel alone in this. That is the whole purpose.

What we believe

• Investors are stronger, and better informed, when they can talk to each other instead of dealing with silence one by one.
• Facts matter. We share our own experiences and point to official procedures. We do not run campaigns, and we make no accusations against anyone.
• This is not a business. It is free, it always will be, and no one involved earns anything from it.

Why we stay anonymous

The people who run this group use pseudonyms, and members may too. Not because there is anything to hide, but because privacy protects every investor here equally, including the volunteers who set it up. We are in the same position as everyone we are trying to help, and we would rather the focus stay on the shared situation than on individuals.

A word of caution

Because groups like this attract them, please be aware of anyone who contacts you privately offering, for a fee, to recover your money. We will never do that. We never charge anything, we never ask for money, and we will never ask for your AIX login details, passwords, or codes. Anyone doing so in our name is not us.
